Whats your take on this dream?

I keep having this dream about everyday life except i have more siblings (3 new sisters) and different parts of my life had been changed such as the place where i was born, i lived in a different place and a different school etc, but i was thinking that it felt very real in the dream and by judging by many theories, this dream could be a metaphor for something or the actual future. Its also weird that people are starting to reference to these changes in the dream indirectly to me recently, like they are starting to mention things that are in the dream much more commonly now than before i had the dream. I know its a little bit hard to understand. Whats your take on this guys? It would really help if you give your opinions out. Thanks
