Are cell phone photos what you really look like?

When I look in the mirror I look soooo hot lol ! when i use ooVoo im still hot and good looking.. and when i use a camera im still kinda hot!! but when i take a photo with my cell phone i look so ugly and weird omg .. its soo diffrent .... like my hair is uneven .. my mouth looks crooked like rocky balboa .... like im sad like i have the mumps... are cell phones very inaccurate ?
