How to convince my mum to let me go to a different school??? 10 points.?

The school i go to now is SOOOOOO STRICT! They will tell us off if we have a high-ponytail for our hair, they will make us take our hairclips out if they're not the right shade of color they like. They will yell at us if we get wet in the rain. Becuz we r 12 they ring up facebook and get them them to delete our accounts. Yup, no joke. We have to have uniform checks every week. We can't have junk food at school ....OMG! I HATE IT :( I told my mum this & she thinks that isn't a good enough reason to change schools. There is a public school next door to us & they're not strict at all. Please help! how can i convince her? :(?
