Why do i sometimes take ages to poop?

This sometimes happens late at night and i feel cold when i get it i sometimes stop it by warming myslef up but sometimes i cant stop it ...this hasnt rly bothered me before,but it happened like 30 mins ago omg it hurt...after i finished pooping it feelt like my as was spread wide open D: still hurts .It feels like im giving birth....this sure would server women...im a 14 year old male
